for $160 i bought myself an official entry into the republic of india, valid until the 13th of january on the condition the quantity of children i have remains at nil. yes, $160! actually the visa only cost $60, the rest was the ‘consultation fee’ that involved them printing out a form from the indian embassy website for me, and checking it over once i had filled it out with spectacles. ripped off!!! oh well, should give me a taste of what to expect in india ..

Tonight I went to a place up the road and drank cloudy sake that came in a hollow sake dispenser, with ice in the centre and I don’t understand how there was room for the sake in it. But it was cloudy and very nice! I had 2. AND I had a bottle of Asahi which is very nice. AND I ate some fried cheest AND fried fish AND some broccoli salad that had sesame sauce on top. YUMMY!!!! I’m so poor now.
